Gold Trusted Service Award
The Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award is reserved for companies that go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service year-round.
To achieve this award, businesses must have the following:
- Collected at least 50 reviews between 1 January 2021 and 31 December 2022
- Achieved a Feefo service rating of at least 4.5
Platinum Trusted Service Award
Feefo introduced the Platinum Trusted Service Award in 2019 as the ultimate accolade for Feefo customers. It recognises brands that continue to deliver exceptional customer service year after year.
To achieve this award, businesses must have the following:
- Collected at least 50 reviews between 1 January 2021 and 31 December 2022
- Achieved a Feefo service rating of at least 4.5 for three consecutive years
For businesses to win, they must have:
- Collected at least 50 reviews between 1 January 2021 and 31 December 2022
- Achieved a Feefo service rating of at least 4.5 for three consecutive years.
What do you get as an award winner?
Companies who achieve excellent customer service ratings and win Feefo’s service award gain access to various resources.
Badges – Winners can add a badge to their website, informing customers about the high quality of customer service.
Social Content – Feefo provides social media posts for winners as well as post ideas for inspiration.
